I, Cirmmy Catingub Rufin together with Ricbie Catingub Rufin (my mother) were at the grand opening of Naliyagan Festival 2019.
Same day with the National Independence Day.
The festival celebration was great. Positive people, good food and happy vibe; great defination of a perfect celebration.
Sarah G, Mark Bautista, G Force, Janine Teñoso and Jona Soquite were the celebrity guests of the night.
We left after the fireworks.
It was indeed a good time.
